Full payment is required at time of purchase. For in store purchases, we accept cash or credit cards. Please try to use a touchless card if possible, this will help prevent the spread of germs
For online purchases, your payment will not be processed until the time of finalization. You may be contacted about additional charges for shipping costs. No additional charges will be billed without contact with the customer.
CANCELLING ONLINE ORDERS
You are free to cancel your order, prior to delivery or pick-up within 48 hour of purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for all cancellations.
All returns & refunds must be approved by Silk Plant Warehouse administration. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.
- Gift Receipt – Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.
- Delivery Fees – Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
- Cash & Cheque Refunds – Refunds over $100 (other than those refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit) will be issued as a company cheque and mailed to you (may take 14 business days).
- Undesired Products – If you have taken possession and you are not happy with your purchase..
- All in-store returns or exchanges must be received by Silk Plant Warehouse within 14 days of possession.
- Original Receipt for In-Store Purchases – Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
- All online order returns or exchanges must be received by Silk Plant Warehouse within 14 days of possession.
- Refunds are processed with the same method of payment (excluding cash where reimbursement will be via company cheque within 7-10 business days).

- All Clearance items
- Gift Cards
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear
