In-store returns and exchanges must be received by their corresponding location within 14 days of possession.
Products can only be returned to the retail location they were originally purchased from. Returns must be accompanied with an original receipt, and will be refunded to the original form of payment. All products must be returned in the original condition they were sold in, with tags intact. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.
Please note: Custom arrangements/projects, clearance items, seasonal/holiday items, and any products damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Online Returns Via Shipping
To return an order online, please email online@silkplantwarehouse.ca the following information: your first and last name, order number, original email confirmation and a refund request. A customer service representative will reach out to you with a refund approval. Shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Online Returns In-Store
Follow the steps listed below to return an online order in-store to a Silk Plant Warehouse Calgary or Edmonton location.
- Email online@silkplantwarehouse.ca the following information: your first and last name, order number, the location you will be returning your order to (Calgary or Edmonton), original email confirmation and a refund request.
- A customer service representative will respond with a refund approval, and you can return the physical item to your preferred Silk Plant Warehouse location.
- Pending the condition of the item being returned, the Silk Plant Warehouse location will then submit a refund request to Head Office. Refunds for items ordered online will not be provided immediately in-store.
- Silk Plant Warehouse Head Office will submit your refund to your original form of payment within 3-7 business days of request.

4a. canceling an online order
If you need to cancel an online order please email online@silkplantwarehouse.ca your first and last name, order number, original confirmation email, and the request of cancellation. Please try to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as our team will begin preparing it. After your cancellation has been finalized, you will receive a confirmation of order cancellation.
Please note: Once you have received notice that your order has been shipped, you can no longer adjust or cancel your order.
